SHRIKE /

the design of this figure was heavily inspired by the EVAs from NGE and "the shrike"
(Dan Simmons: "Hyperion Cantos" -great book! but I decided to go for just two arms instead of four like in the book..)

with this project I also tried to make a flexible figure using only balljoints (in total:53), that can be tightened with screws.
The system of joints, I developed for it, works well -it holds the pretty heavy figure in place and position, but is easy enough to be loosened.
assembling this beast though...
